By registering for this event, ASCII reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at the event without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video.
No-Show Fee Policy
By registering for the event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
• Failure to attend the event without providing written cancellation notice prior to the event will result in a $250 no-show fee.
• Cancellation notices must be submitted in writing to Brianna Rubino,
[email protected] by the specified deadline.
• The $250 no-show fee will be charged to the credit card provided during registration.
We appreciate your understanding as this policy ensures accurate planning and fairness to all attendees.

• Encourage and embrace diverse perspectives, ideas, and experiences.
3. Compliance with Laws and Policies:
• Adhere to all applicable local, national, and international laws during the event.
• Follow the event's policies, rules, and guidelines provided by the organizers.
4. Professionalism:
• Maintain a professional attitude and conduct during all event-related activities, including registration, sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities.
• Refrain from disruptive or inappropriate behavior that may hinder the experience of others.
5. Privacy and Data Protection:
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow attendees.
• Do not share or distribute personal information without consent.
6. Reporting Incidents:
• Report any violations of this code of conduct to event staff promptly.
• Provide as much information as possible, including details, witnesses, and any supporting evidence.
7. Consequences of Violations:
• Event organizers reserve the right to take appropriate actions in response to violations of this code of conduct.
• These actions may include, but are not limited to, verbal warning, expulsion from the event, and legal involvement if necessary.
